By creating an account or purchasing a course or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our platform provides online educational content and digital products designed for professional development. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Course and Product Access
Upon purchase, you receive access to the course content or digital product as described at the time of purchase. This access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any course materials, prompts, templates, or other digital content provided by Clario Academy. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses and products. To be eligible for a refund on a course purchase, you must have completed the first two modules and be able to demonstrate that you were unable to identify at least 5 hours of tasks in your working week that the course workflows could automate or improve.
For the AI Email Prompt Pack and other digital products, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
To request a refund, contact us at support@clarioacademy.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, prompt libraries, templates, frameworks, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Clario Academy and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our explicit written permission.
